Argument over turkey leads to shooting outside NC Food Lion, police say

HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — High Point police responded to a shooting on Thursday night after an argument over a turkey in a grocery store, according to a High Point Police Department news release.

Around 6:05 p.m., patrol officers responded to a reported shooting at the Food Lion on 2705 N. Main St.
