WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A second person has been arrested in connection to the shooing and killing of a woman in Winston-Salem on Nov. 19, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
On Sept. 11, officers responded about 10:16 p.m. to a reported shooting in the 3900 block of Cullen Street and found Destiny Kamara Tucker suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the Winston-Salem Police Department.
