GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A crash on Interstate 40 West is causing delays near the Guilford County-Forsyth County line, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
The crash occurred near Mile Marker 206, near Exit 206, where US 421/Salem Parkway forks away from I-40.
The left lane of I-40 West is closed as a result of the crash. Traffic maps and camera footage from DriveNC.gov show heavy congestion on I-40 West.
