GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — Last week, 24 businesses in downtown Greensboro each got notices letting them know they had 10 days to get rid of Graffiti, and time is running out for business owners to fix it.
While most people are getting ready for their Thanksgiving holiday, James Shulga spent his day scrubbing graffiti off a building.
