Two Arrested in Connection with Stolen Motorcycle on Whites Chapel Road; Local Woman Also Faces Drug Charges

On November 4, 2025, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a stolen motorcycle on Whites Chapel Road in Staley, North Carolina. After investigating, authorities identified Randall Ray Burgess, 34, and Natasha Lynn Lowery, 44, as suspects. Warrants were issued for their arrest on charges of felony larceny and possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

Burgess was arrested on November 13, 2025. Lowery was arrested on November 20, 2025. During Lowery’s arrest, deputies found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was also charged with felony drug offenses. Both suspects were held without bond under the Pre-Trial Integrity Act.
