A 20-year-old woman was in critical condition after a vehicle hit her as she was crossing 10th Street at College Hill near the campus of East Carolina University, the Greenville Police Department said.
The incident occurred about 9 a.m. on Wednesday. The woman was taken to ECU Health Medical Center for treatment. Police said Thursday morning that she was in critical condition at the hospital.
The driver stayed on scene and has been cooperative, police said. A review of video taken from a nearby camera indicates that the vehicle had a green light at the time of the collision…
