REIDSVILLE, N.C. (WGHP) — A developer local to Reidsville, Tom Holderby, is now the owner of the Pennrose Mall after a $2.8 million purchase from the previous ownership.
Shoppers and officials say the mall has been in decline in recent years. The building houses two department stores and two local shops. Otherwise, storefronts sit empty.
