GREENSBORO, N.C. — A nasal spray sold nationwide is being recalled after testing found it may be contaminated with mold, yeast, and bacteria, according to federal health officials.
The recall involves ReBoost Nasal Spray, which the FDA says could pose serious health risks, especially for people with weakened immune systems. In those cases, exposure could lead to severe or even life-threatening infections.
