WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — A second person has been charged in connection to a fatal shooting in Winston-Salem, according to a Winston-Salem Police Department news release.
At around 12:25 a.m. on Aug. 3, officers came to the 3000 block of North Patterson Avenue after getting a report of a shooting.
