WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Winston-Salem Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run after a man was struck by a car while doing yard work on Monday.
At around 5:31 p.m. on Monday, officers came to the 3500 block of Carver School Road after getting a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
Investigators say that a 55-year-old man was doing yard work near the roadway when he was struck by the suspect vehicle. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
