Off-duty Forsyth County deputy hurt when shots fired at Winston-Salem church, sheriff’s office says

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (WGHP) — The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after shots were fired at a church on New Year’s Day.

Around 12:22 a.m., a bullet went through the front doors of Mount Sinai Full Gospel Deliverance Center on Manchester Street in Winston-Salem, according to a FCSO news release.
