GREENSBORO, N.C. — A nonprofit affordable housing developer plans to build an 84-unit apartment complex in Greensboro as early as next year, marking its first project in the city.
Affordable North Carolina Housing Organization, known as ANCHOR, a Winston-Salem–based nonprofit, will develop the project with support from the city and the state. The project, which will be known as The Grayson at Randleman Crossing, carries a total budget of nearly $22 million.
