GREENSBORO, N.C. — A former Greensboro police officer accused of shooting a man while on duty is scheduled to appear in court Monday, according to court records.
Matthew Hamilton is set for a jury trial at 10 a.m. Jan. 12, 2026, in Guilford County Superior Court at the Guilford County Courthouse in Greensboro. Judge David L. Hall is assigned to the case.
