A woman is in critical condition after a State Highway Patrol trooper shot her following a chase in Guilford County Tuesday morning.
The trooper tried to stop 36-year-old Kasandra Forbes of Greensboro on Vandalia Road near Randleman Road at about 10 a.m. Forbes was going 61 mph in a 35-mph zone, officials said Tuesday afternoon.
