GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Two North Carolina racing sites, separated by less than 100 miles, are under new management.
The International Hot Rod Association recently purchased Rockingham Speedway in Richmond County and Piedmont Dragway in Guilford County. Owner Darryl Cuttell and his group now own 11 tracks and sanction more than 150 properties nationwide.
