A North Carolina woman was arrested in Ruston after he was stopped in a reportedly stolen vehicle.
A Louisiana state trooper spotted Diamond A. Rice, 30, of Greensboro, North Carolina, on January 12 after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle traveling westbound on Interstate 20 near the Lincoln Parish – Ouachita Parish line.
The trooper spotted the white Hyundai Elantra with a Georgia license plate at about mile post 88 on I-20. The Hyundai was stopped at La. Highway 33 just off I-20 and Rice was taken into custody…
