High Point store clerk charged after customer shot at Circle K dies, police say

HIGH POINT, N.C. (WGHP) — A man working at a gas station in High Point has been charged after a shooting left a customer critically injured, according to police.

At about 6:40 p.m. on Monday, officers responded to a report of an assault at the Circle K on East Parris Avenue.

At the scene, police found a 59-year-old High Point man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition…
