Man accused of McDonald’s shooting in Greensboro appears in court

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — The man accused of shooting another man at a McDonald’s in Greensboro in December went before a judge on Friday.

Moses Wilson, 45, of Greensboro, appeared virtually in an orange jumpsuit. When he spoke to the judge, he spoke so low that she had to ask him to repeat himself.
