KERNERSVILLE, N.C. — A Kernersville family says what was supposed to be a fresh start in a larger rental home quickly turned into months of frustration, unanswered maintenance requests and living with only one working shower for eight months.
Julius Moses, his wife and their four kids, moved into a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath rental home in April of last year after finding the listing online.
