GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — An officer shot a suspect wanted on sexual battery and assault charges early Saturday morning, according to the Greensboro Police Department.
The suspect, whose name police have not released, was wanted after an incident that took place in the parking lot of Studio 6, a motel on the 2000 block of Veasley Street, on Thursday.
After the Thursday incident, the police obtained warrants for two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, sexual battery, assault on a female, misdemeanor crime of domestic violence and interfering with emergency communications…
