GREENSBORO, N.C. — The owner of a tow truck business says just because the winter weather has ended, it doesn’t mean everything is back to normal.
“People are going to think it’s over,” said Moe Mustafa, owner of Tow X LLC. “They see a little bit of clearance on the road. They want to go out. As soon as they go out, the dangerous part is the ice. It’s not any soft snow. It’s not the slush right now. It’s all the ice that’s going to accumulate overnight.”
