Winston-Salem restaurant hoping for financial boost as Cook Out Clash comes to town

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Tens of thousands of race fans are expected to descend on Winston-Salem this weekend. Bowman Gray Stadium will host the Cook Out Clash, but once again eyes are turning toward potential winter weather.

“Making some money and watching my servers be able to pay their bills always excites me,” said LeeAnn Sostaita, general manager of Twisted Pine in downtown Winston-Salem.
