GREENSBORO, N.C. — A man has died after a late-night house fire in Greensboro, according to authorities.
Police said officers with the Greensboro Police Department, along with crews from the Greensboro Fire Department and Guilford County EMS, responded to a structure fire in the 200 block of West Vandalia Road at about 11:06 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31.
Firefighters located one person inside the home, identified as 66-year-old Timothy Hockett. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he died Sunday, officials said…
