Siler City woman faces felony charges in financial card fraud and identity theft case

Siler City, NC – The Chatham County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Siler City woman following an investigation into the unauthorized use of a victim’s credit card at multiple locations in and around Chatham County.

Brittany Nicole Johnson, 35, of 156 Scotton Matthews Drive in Siler City, is charged with one felony count of financial card fraud, 21 misdemeanor counts of financial card fraud, 21 felony counts of identity theft, and 21 felony counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.
