Asheboro police trying to identify NAPA Auto Parts break-in suspect

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Asheboro police are asking for the public’s help to identify a suspect accused of breaking into a NAPA Auto Parts store early Monday morning.

Investigators say the break-in happened around 5 a.m. on Feb. 3 at the NAPA Auto Parts location on Dublin Square Road. The suspect allegedly stole a Firman generator, several NAPA car batteries, and multiple Milwaukee tools.

The suspect was seen arriving in a light-colored hatchback or crossover-style vehicle, possibly a Lexus RX 330 or RX 350…
