This snowman at 609 S. Elam is super adorable. We didn’t catch it in it’s prime, but it still looks lovely four days after the big snow. This house, located in the Lindley Park/Sunset Hills part of town, is representative of the cute homes in the area. It was built in 1933 and has been well maintained.
These very neighborly neighborhoods with sidewalks and businesses within walking distance is the kind of place that makes the most of weather events. Several residents on South Elam built know characters. This will be a February to remember in Greensboro. We haven’t had snow like this since 2018… and winter will last for 43 more days.
Happy Thursday!…
