GREENSBORO, N.C. — Heavy metal band Twisted Sister announced Tuesday that lead singer Dee Snider has resigned from the band, citing ongoing health challenges.
In a post shared on the band’s official Facebook page, Twisted Sister said Snider has faced a series of health issues that led to the decision. Because of his resignation, the band has canceled all scheduled performances, including planned shows celebrating its 50th anniversary.
