(WGHP) — It will be a very cold weekend across the Piedmont Triad.
Saturday will be sunny, cold and windy with morning temperatures in the lower 20s and highs in the lower 30s. We could see wind gusts over 40 mph. Winds that strong will be capable of bringing down some weak branches or trees. Isolated power outages are possible. Wind chill values or feels like temperatures in the morning will be in the single digits. Feels like temperatures during the afternoon will be around 20 degrees.
Our winds will settle down on Sunday. Look for mostly cloudy skies with lows between 15 degrees and 18 degrees. Highs on Sunday will be in the upper 30s…
