AE Amer, a modular-built apartment developer, says it can build a 59-unit apartment complex in Greensboro in 60 days. AE Amer is building The Lubu, a new 59-unit multifamily community at 2603 W. Gate City Boulevard. The 58,824-square-foot, three-story building has an estimated building cost of $9.4 million.
The company builds apartments with enclosed corridors and hallways. AE Amer is working with Yates Construction on the horizontal development, and that vertical building is expected to begin in March.
AE Amer’s services include architecture, construction, land development, structural engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, planning and permitting.
