GREENSBORO, N.C. — Federal workplace safety officials have cited Cintas Corporation for multiple serious violations at its Greensboro facility following a fatal accident that killed a longtime employee last summer.
The North Carolina Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Division issued citations and proposed more than $46,000 in penalties against Cintas after an inspection at the company’s facility at 4345 Federal Drive. The inspection ran from July 24, 2025, through Jan. 22, 2026, according to state records.
