WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Winston-Salem Police Department is looking for the public’s help locating a 76-year-old woman with dementia last seen Monday evening. A Silver Alert has also been issued by the North Carolina Center for Missing Persons.
According to police, Rose Wilcox was last seen on February 9 around 5:30 p.m. in the area of the 3400 block of Old Vineyard Road in Winston-Salem.
Wilcox is a black woman standing approximately 5-foot-2 and weighing 165 pounds. She has black and gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a long black coat with gold buttons, black pants and red and white shoes…
