GREENSBORO, N.C. — Former tenants of a Greensboro apartment complex say they are frustrated with delays in receiving refunds and what they describe as poor communication from property management.
Last week, Pfalzgraf Communities asked some former residents of The Distict at West Market via email to return to the property, turn in their keys and pick up refunds. Residents say the message did not mention the optional vacate agreements that outline what is included in the refunds. The company says it will refund both security deposits in full as well as prorated rent from December.
