GREENSBORO, N.C. — Several customers across the Piedmont Triad say they’re still waiting on packages days, and in some cases weeks, after tracking information showed their deliveries were “out for delivery.”
Many say the issues began after the recent winter storm, but they believe the delays have stretched beyond what weather alone can explain.
“It’s been a week.”
One customer says she’s been waiting on a routine monthly delivery, her dog’s food.
“After the ice storm that we had, I have been expecting my dog’s food that I get monthly from Chewy, and I was supposed to have it delivered by Sunday. It’s been a week. I keep, I keep receiving notifications that my package is out for delivery, then it changes the next morning. Too delayed or just no reason at all, we have, we, we had to go buy food for our dog and we spent more than what we planned to get her food and the package is still not delivered.”…
