GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been arrested and charged after a homicide over the weekend in the Triad.
According to the Greensboro Police Department, Jamel Shannon Kinzer, 36, was arrested in Winston-Salem. GPD was assisted by Winston-Salem Police Department, the FBI and the State Bureau of Investigation.
He was arrested on warrants for first-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon and interfering with emergency communications.
