GREENSBORO, N.C. — Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist now owns the property where it plans to build a new freestanding emergency department in north Greensboro.
According to records filed with the Guilford County Register of Deeds, the property at 3800 N. Church Street was purchased on February 18 from Kotis Holdings LLC. The deed lists Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center as the grantee.
