BURLINGTON, N.C. (WGHP) — Roads in the Verona neighborhood have protruding manholes, cracks and potholes, and people are worried if the rough road conditions could damage their cars or drive down their property value.
It’s gotten so bad in the Verona neighborhood that city leaders are preparing to sue the developer who is supposed to fix it. City officials say they are hoping a second lawsuit will put pressure on the developer, Zachary Tran, to fix it.
