FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — Over $1 million worth of THC vape pens were seized in a drug bust in Forsyth County.
The Forsyth County Drug Task Force, which is comprised of the Winston-Salem Police Department, Kernersville Police Department and Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, conducted a “targeted enforcement operation involving the distribution of THC vape pens within Forsyth County.”

Investigators identified three addresses suspected of receiving large quantities of THC vape products and conducted search warrants. Around 26,100 grams of THC vape pens were seized in the operation, with a street value of over $1 million.
As a result of the investigation, 18-year-old Vontarious Tramonte Jackson was charged with possession with the intent to sell and distribute a Schedule VI substance. Investigators accuse Jackson of receiving vape pens at one of the three addresses.
