GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — We’ve been sitting on a secret since January, but today is the day we can finally share who has been selected as the Piedmont Triad’s Remarkable Woman for 2026. FOX8 viewers submitted hundreds of entries, and out of those submissions, our panel of judges selected Martha Kaley. She’s the founder ofearlier.org, a nonprofit dedicated exclusively to the earlier detection of breast cancer.
As the Remarkable Woman of the Piedmont Triad, Martha receives a check for $1,000 from WGHP to continue the mission at earlier.org. She also wins a trip to Nashville where she will compete with 125 extraordinary women from across the country. Of that 125, one woman will be selected as Nexstar’s Remarkable Woman of the Year…
