GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A team of Greensboro restaurateurs served up their first 150 subscription boxes as part of an innovative initiative to plate city tastes on the dining room table.
Fifteen downtown businesses teamed up to launch Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen, and March marked the team’s first trial run.

In this trial run, the Too Many Cooks team says each box included “food for 2-4 people from five of your favorite downtown restaurants” with a different set of items and meals planned for each week. If four single adults split one box four ways, they said each would get about four to five meals.
