A multi-agency law enforcement effort resulted in the arrest of a 22-year-old man wanted for a lengthy list of criminal charges after authorities located him at a residence in neighboring Forsyth County.
According to a press release issued Monday, March 16 by the Greensboro Police Department, officers with the department’s Violent Criminal Apprehension Team worked alongside agents from the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation’s Criminal Apprehension Team to track down and take down Timothy Benton.
Investigators found Benton on Sunday, March 9 at a residence on the 5300 block of Cedar Green Drive in Walkertown and attempted to serve several outstanding warrants…
