GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A Greensboro city leader wants businesses to be held accountable for complaints.
“We’ve had businesses that have been a source of complaints for a long time, and we really struggled to hold them accountable with our current ordinances. The whole point of this is to be able to hold those folks accountable,” Assistant City Manager Andrea Harrell said.
