(WGHP) — From the 40s on Wednesday to the 60s on Thursday, our temperatures are quickly warming back up as we wrap up the work week. We’ll continue to see temperatures in the 60s until the sunsets tonight. Temperatures fall through the 50s as clear skies settle in for Thursday night into Friday morning.
We’ll start Friday with morning lows in the upper 30s and clear skies. Sunshine dominates the first half of the day but clouds start to roll in for the afternoon and highs reach the low 70s. Mostly cloudy skies return by Friday evening and spotty showers are possible overnight Friday into early Saturday morning. Most won’t see rain but the potential is there.
Temperatures start in the low 50s on Saturday and temperatures continue to climb into the afternoon. Highs reach the upper 70s with mostly cloudy skies. Our warming trend thanks to an upper-level high pressure/ridge continues into Sunday. Morning temperatures start in the mid 50s and afternoon highs reach the low to mid 80s.
