Triad-based Blue Skies Creamery is making the jump from food truck to brick-and-mortar for their ice cream brand. The spot will open at 116 N. Main St. in Kernersville and the team is targeting an opening by the end of April, co-owner Bret Biance told What Now Charlotte.
Biance and Alan Hamaoui are behind the brand and have been working toward a brick-and-mortar since the birth of the brand.
“The community has been really supportive in Kernersville and we felt like we wanted to provide them with another homemade ice cream option here in the Triad,” Biance said. “There aren’t very many of them, and Kernersville felt like home from the beginning.”…
