ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. — The Guilford County Board of Elections said Thursday it found probable cause to move forward with an evidentiary hearing regarding a protest put forth by Phil Berger.
Berger filed a protest in Guilford County that alleges eight voters got the wrong ballot, missing the Senate District 26 Republican Primary race.
The Board said the next hearing will happen sometime in the next seven business days…
