Winston-Salem man accused of breaking child’s arm, Davidson County Sheriff’s Office says

DAVIDON COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — A man has been charged with child abuse in the Piedmont Triad, a sheriff’s office says.

According to the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office, on Feb. 6, they took a report regarding child abuse. They investigated this allegation and discovered that a child’s arm had been broken by his father, identified as Justin Alexander Templeton, 27, of Winston-Salem, and had required surgery.

Templeton was arrested and charged with felony intentional child abuse which caused serious injury on March 19…
