When we first started Greensboro Daily Photo 17 years ago, we didn’t realize the extent to which it would serve an archival purpose We actually started a Then/Now tag to start document changes HERE is a “then” photo from 8/18/24 as they were starting to break ground for these homes.
These homes are right beside Fresh Market. As a matter of fact, you cansee the store peeking out on the left. It is the red brick building. Walking, hese residents will have access to shopping, nature trails, Price Park, Jefferson Elementary, and Kathleen Clay Library. If they can find a way to get across the street there will be even more shopping. We will miss the beauty of the open field; however, it is always nice to see in-town space fill in before the more rural areas.
