NORTH CAROLINA — A student and an 18-year-old relative were arrested Wednesday after a threat prompted a lockdown at Thomasville High School, according to the Thomasville Police Department.
Authorities said the incident began just before 2 p.m. when a school resource officer requested assistance after two individuals approached a secured campus gate and implied they were armed.
