Actor Michael Ealy to speak in Greensboro for NC A&T State University Chancellor’s Speaker Series

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — North Carolina A&T State University is excited to announce award-winning actor Michael Ealy as the guest speaker for the Spring 2026 edition of the Chancellor’s Speaker Series, “Quarter Zips and Matcha Moods,” according to a news release.

A&T will welcome Ealy on Tuesday, April 7, at 6 p.m. to Harrison Auditorium. University alumnus Christian Robinson will facilitate the conversation.

According to A&T’s website, the Chancellor’s Speaker Series brings “nationally distinguished guests to Greensboro for campus dialogue on matters of current and abiding importance to the university community and the world.”

Past conversations have focused on topics such as entrepreneurship and development, men’s health and women’s rights, with guest speakers including rapper and author Common in 2018, Olympic medalist Allyson Felix in 2021, NBA legend Earvin “Magic” Johnson in 2022 and actress Yara Shahidi in 2024.
