GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro’s population is growing while becoming more diverse and economically active, according to the city’s latest annual development report.
The Greensboro Planning Department’s Growth and Development Trends report, now available online, tracks key economic measures including population density, demographics, income and construction activity.
The city’s population stood at 307,381 in 2024, up from roughly 283,000 a decade earlier.
