GREENSBORO, N.C. — The remains of a 70-year-old Harvey Lee Hairston, who was reported missing in October, were found Tuesday in a wooded area less than a mile from where he was last seen, police said.
Officers with the Greensboro Police Department responded around 10:20 a.m. March 31 to the 3300 block of Rehobeth Church Road after a report of suspicious activity. At the scene, they discovered partial human remains.
